What type of business ideally operates from Kefi Spaces?

We are home to a diverse line of businesses and hope you can make Kefi Spaces your home. We accommodate companies that manage physical goods, such as e-commerce companies, hardware companies, distribution, light production, resellers, and a lot, lot more.

How do I know how much space I will need?

What is included in my Kefi Spaces membership?

The pricing is all-inclusive to your warehouse suite or co-working space- equipped with power, AC, and wi-fi; our functional space – loading docks, conference rooms, and Kefi Spaces amenities – all utilities included, daily pickups from preferred carriers, access to the entrepreneurial community, and a lot more!

Is an office included with my warehouse space?

No, however, we encourage our members to use the warehouse suites for office space as well. They are fully equipped with AC, Wi-Fi, and power. We also have coworking areas around the warehouse for your convenience.

Can I customize my warehouse suite?

Absolutely! We encourage you to make it your own. We also offer consultations to help in customizing your suite and we have equipment on-site, such as shelves, desks, packing stations, and chairs available for rent.

How do I become a Kefi member?

Are memberships month to month?

Yes, but a member with a month-to-month membership must give a 30-day notice when they decide to leave Kefi Spaces.

Can I change the size of my suite?

Absolutely! Assuming there is space available, we encourage you to scale up or scale down depending on your needs. If you sign a membership agreement for a specific term length, you are committing to Kefi Spaces for that length of time, but you are able to change your suite size within that membership, no problem, we have you covered!

What are the business hours?

Our team is onsite from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Our member hours are 7 days a week, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Who is staffed at your location?

Our location is led by a team whose mission is to make sure your business’ success is always there.  Our Operations Manager and his team will help with everything we can, from welcoming visitors, keeping the place clean, creating a vibrant work environment, and making sure we can assist you with day-to-day operations.

Are the logistics services included in my membership?

Some logistics services are included: daily pickups from preferred carriers, offloading, however, specialized and individual logistics services may come at an additional cost if available.

Do I have to be onsite to receive my incoming or outgoing shipments?

No, we have staff that can accept the shipment for you. We typically hold your shipment near the loading dock until you take it into your warehouse suite within 24 hours of receiving it.

For outbound shipments, our tenants load their own trucks.

How do the photo studio and conference room services work?

With your membership, we offer credits for photo studio use and conference room use, all you have to do is use our portal to schedule a time that best suit your needs to use these spaces.  You may purchase more credits if you run out.  Credits do not roll over to the next month.
