10 % commission for the first 12 months. Then, 2% commission thereafter. (This includes month-to-month tenants).
If the tenant increases space, the commission also increases. The commission is earned as long as the tenant is a customer of Kefi Spaces.
If the tenant renews, the commission will continue to be paid, month after month. All commissions are paid monthly as we receive payment.
*Parking spaces, 3PL, labor, U-Haul truck rental, or other services are not commissionable.
